1 Private bed + private bath available in a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Spruce Apartment, with in house washer dryer unit. The room can easily accommodate a queen bed, desk, couch (yes a couch!) and a work chair. Each room has it own heating and cooling unit for the hot days. This place is pet friendly so please keep in mind that one housemate is getting a 2 month kitten soon and the other likes to dog-sit sometimes.

Patio/balcony attached to the living room. Right now many of the amenities (study rooms, pools, gym, game rooms) are available only by reservation due to COVID 19 but you can still enjoy them. Please contact us if you would like additional pictures or a virtual tour.

Utilities (electricity, water, trash): close to $100
Deposit: $200 or less (this is determined by Spruce apartments)

About You: A responsible professional who keeps the common areas clean.
We respect everyone's privacy. The common areas are cleaned regularly, we take turns to do that and everyone cleans up after themselves. Overall a great place to work from home or come back to after work. One housemate is a visual designer (female) and the other works at the Stanford Neurology department (female).
