We have a room for rent in our all-female 4bedroom/2bath house in Midtown, Palo Alto available for month to month rent as early as 10/12/2020 (flexible move in!)

Location: midtown, Palo Alto. Walking distance to the Safeway and the Markets at Edgewood, and just a few blocks from Philz Coffee. We have tons of parks nearby, and our place is at the end of a cul de sac super safe neighborhood.

Super easy commute no matter where you work: 1 minute away from the 101 on ramp if you’re going far, or a 20 minute bike ride or 12 minute drive to Stanford campus.

The house: charming 4 bedroom 2 bathroom with lots of natural light and wide open common spaces. Ample street parking and storage space in our garage!

Who we are: a group of professional women in their mid 20s who work in design, research, and philanthropy. We keep it low key during the week but are always happy to hang out on the couch or cook together in the kitchen! Two of us work from home and love breaking the day up with mid morning Pilates or a walk around the neighborhood. We also have a kitten who will be your best friend if you play with her.

Rent: 1300 + utilities. Month to month is totally fine!

ROOM CAN COME FURNISHED if you like. Available items: bed, dresser, bookcase, bedside table, set of drawers.
