• Safeway- 0.6 miles
• Downtown Mountain View (Restaurants/Bars)- 1.0 miles
• Shoreline Amphitheater (live concerts)- 2.0 miles
• Shoreline Lake- 2.0 miles
• Cal Train Station- 1.0 miles
Rooms:
Room 1: $1138- Occupied by a life science researcher at Stanford (F, 20s)
Room 2: $1238- Open!
Room 3: $1238- Occupied by an animal trainer (F, 20s)
Room 4: $1438- Occupied by a mechanical engineer (M, 30s)
The first three rooms share a bathroom. The pictured furnishings are not available for the incoming roommate.
It is a relatively nice and clean house in a good neighborhood/location with really low rent for the area. Utilities typically run ~$80/month including internet (and AC).
Us: We’re low key but social roommates- we all spend a lot of time at work, but chat and socialize after or on weekends (sometimes over dinner and Netflix). Much of the time we just do our own thing.
You: Any gender, 20's-30's, student or professional. Friendly, respectful, and reasonably clean. The current roommates will do a meet/greet with you (in person or digitally) to make sure that you'd be a fair fit with the house. Typically, we all work a lot and don't spend a ton of time at home, but currently we are all working at least part-time from home.
House habits: Keep the house clean by participating in chores (~5-15 minutes per week). Preferably no giant keg parties or things of that type (dinner with friends/low key events are welcome once the shelter-in-place order has lifted). We do have one quiet and friendly resident dog, but unfortunately, no additional pets are allowed.
House Highlights:
Location! We're in a nice residential neighborhood, walking distance to Safeway, with a 2-car driveway and lots of safe and available street parking out front.
Laundry: Washer and dryer are in the garage.
Yard: Nice garden and picnic table out back.
Kitchen: Well-stocked with communal supplies.
Replies: Please write me about yourself, including general information- age, gender, work/school, interests. Feel free to ask questions- I am happy to help provide more information!
