Looking for someone to fill my room (with private bathroom) in 2 bed/2 bath huge, sunny apartment in downtown Palo Alto.
The place is available as early as Nov. 1 (but I'm flexible with the dates) and the lease runs until June 2021. The apartment is in a great location, ~5 minute walk to University Ave and to Whole Foods, ~20 minute walk to Stanford campus.

A little bit about my roommate (who you'd be living with) - female, friendly, respectful, easy-going, getting her post-doc in genetics at Stanford. She likes to cook, read, do yoga, horseback ride and she's been a joy to live with. She keeps clean but hasn't minded me leaving a few dishes behind in the sink.

The bedroom (which you could take) is large 11x13 (currently fits a queen bed, 2 bedside tables, a desk, a dresser + tv) and has a large closet. There are 2 large closets in the hallway for you to use as well. You will have your own bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The unit also has its own balcony with table and chairs (plus the herb garden we're currently growing) that overlooks the apartment building's shared patio space, lawn, and garden (the garden has a fig tree, pluot tree, peach tree, lemon + lime tree which all tenants are allowed to pick from!).

The kitchen was recently renovated and has dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, and tons of storage in beautiful new wood cabinets. The building has laundry downstairs and the unit has one garage spot which my roommate currently uses. There is plenty of street parking (and if/when the city starts enforcing parking again, there is a free residential permit allocated to our apartment).
