Hello! We have a lovely bedroom available in our 3 bed, 2 bath apartment in downtown Palo Alto starting November 1st for only $1,175 per month (+ utilities/wifi which are about $100/month)! We are looking for a kind, clean roommate of any gender identity to join us! You would be signing on to a 6 month lease which would then transition to month-to-month. We are preferably interested in a long-term tenant (1+ year(s)).

You would be joining two COVID-conscious Stanford graduate students (1 male/1 female, both mid to late 20’s). We are laid back and happy to interact as much or as little as you’d like (although we’d love another friend during these COVID times).

The bedroom is 10 ft. by 10.5 ft. and has one huge window. You would be sharing a bathroom with the male tenant and would have access to the huge common spaces (living room, dining room, and kitchen) as well as the shared garage and outdoor patio space. The living spaces are fully furnished with couches, dining room table, TV, bookshelves, and a functional fireplace. The place has heating but no AC. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances and a dishwasher. There is plenty of street parking available (permits are about $45 per year) and one shared driveway parking spot. Laundry is coin operated in an adjacent building. The apartment is perfectly situated for easy access to shops/restaurants, Stanford’s campus, and the 101.
