The bedroom is very spacious (around 360 sq feet), with plenty of room for a desk, TV, and a queen bed and therefore may also comfortably been used as an office space to work from home. The room has its own bathroom, a closet space and heaps of dedicated storage elsewhere in the house. Long-term renters (1+ years) are preferred. Utilities are not included in the rental price, so add ~$120 a month. Room comes furnished (but can be moved out if needed).

The room will be available November 8.

This is a house located in a residential neighborhood of Palo Alto with 6 bedrooms (5 other roomies), 5 bathrooms, a big kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, a shed for extra storage, a marble-floored ballroom that, outside of COVID times, we occasionally use for very chill house concerts (approx 3 or 4 times a year, think blues with average age 65+), a garden, a big yard, a basic home gym, and a 30-foot long pool. It's the perfect house for working from home in COVID times! It's an easy 3-mile bike (20 minutes) or car ride to the Stanford campus, just a couple of miles from two Caltrain stations, and is close to either the 280 or 101 for the work commuter.

You will share the house with 5 other roommates with a variety of jobs, interests, occupations and cultures. Our place has a very respectful, enriching, and comfortable atmosphere and we are looking for a roommate with a similar outlook. We are looking for a female renter, but open to couples (with negotiation for rent) and respectful male renters as well.

The housemates are a bunch of diverse individuals, but we are all pretty laid back and easy going. All of us are professionals who live active lives, and most of us are in our 20's. Everyone here has unique interests in addition to all of us enjoying the outdoors, board games, chill conversations and good times.
