We have a 120 sq ft bedroom in a 3 bed/ 2 bath house available for short term sublet starting November 1st. The sublease will initially last for 2 months, but the tenant could have the option to extend on a month-to-month basis.

The house is located in Palo Alto's beautiful Barron Park neighborhood, only a few minutes by bike from Stanford VA, and a 2–3 mile bike ride away from Stanford. The house has a large, open-plan kitchen, furnished common areas, a nice patio with a BBQ grill, and a vegetable garden.

The bedroom has hardwood floors and a large bay window with lots of natural light. It will come furnished with a desk, chair, bedframe, full-size mattress, bedside tables, and bureau. The bathroom will be shared with one other housemate.

Your housemates would be one couple and one individual (two researchers at Stanford and a woodworker), as well as Rocky, our friendly indoor-outdoor cat.

We are looking for another professional or Stanford postdoc/graduate student who is considerate, friendly and clean.

The currently listed rental price of $900 is a steal for this space and is $500 less than the typical rent for this room per month.
