I'm moving out of a three-bedroom house in Santa Clara and the other roommates are looking for a single resident to move into the third bedroom.

Roommates staying in house are 25 and 27 year old males; both are engineers working at nearby tech companies.  They are both very active and like to hang out after work with a beer.  Both are clean and are looking for the third roommate to also keep things tidy.

Choice of two rooms available.  Price is $1272 or $1333 depending on room (room in the picture is the smaller $1272 room).  Utilities not included.  Room not furnished but common areas are.  Lease ending July 2021 with possibility to extend.  The two rooms have a shared bathroom and one roommate has his own bathroom.

House is 1400 square feet. 3 bedroom, 2 bath.  Built in washer and dryer unit. Air Conditioning installed. Modern appliances and fixtures, including a new wine cooler.  Spacious back yard with patio, grass, plenty of sun, and a detached garage (parking space available).  Quiet neighborhood with easy access to 880, 101, 237, and 280 interstates.  Close to many grocery stores (Safeway, Sprouts, Target) and food (Chipotle, The Habit Burger, MOD Pizza). I used to commute from the house to Stanford and it was easy!
