Apartment: 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in a small complex (8 units) in Menlo Park. There is one master with bathroom and the other two bedrooms share the second bath. There is a large living room area, dining, and spacious and bright kitchen. Kitchen and bathrooms have tile floors and the rest of the apartment is hardwood. Coin-operated washer and dryer in the building. The apartment in on a cul-de-sac and there is plenty of street parking. Its a short bike ride to Stanford's campus and 3 min drive to a 101 entrance.

Housemates: One woman in her mid-late 20s who is a graduate student at Stanford and the other is a male in his mid 20's who is a PhD student at Stanford. Both are respectful and very clean roommates, highly recommend them!

Room: hardwood floors, standard full size closet, faces the front yard. Shared bathroom with one other person (male).

Gas/Electric/Internet are separate- they usually run us about 40-100 per month (depending on the season) per person, including internet. Landlords pay for water, trash and provide a gardening service at no cost.
