Hi!
We’re looking for another roommate to split our 3 bedroom house (1500 square feet). Rent is month to month but we are looking for someone who wants a place for at least 8 months to a year so we don't have to replace them quickly. Total house rent is $4200 per month. The two bedrooms on one side of the house each pay $1100. One of these rooms is available and measures 10 x 11 feet. The current roommate fits a dresser and full size bed in there comfortably. The master en-suite has a mature, respectful couple living in it (28 and 30 years old), and they pay $2000. Unfortunately, no other pets are allowed.

A little about us:
Two of us work for Stanford. I have a 30-pound dog who LOVES people and is pretty high energy and very sweet, so you’d have to be okay with having a dog around the house. She’s potty trained and a frisbee pro!
The room is available starting 12/1 but we could be flexible if need be on move-in date.
Female Roommate 1 (early 30s): Works at Stanford Hospital, originally from South Bay.
Female Roommate 2 (28): Also works at Stanford for the Alumni Association, originally from Marin County. I majored in French and Int’l Affairs and love to travel. In my free time I like exploring the outdoors, exercising my dog, or grabbing drinks with friends.
Male Roommate 3 (30): Works as an engineer for a fire protection company in the East Bay, grew up in RWC. Enjoys running, lacrosse and bbqing out on our massive deck!
We really value how well we get along and we are all very neat, quiet and respectful. We would be looking for someone who is also and will share the house chores with us (cleaning your bathroom, vacuum, wiping down kitchen etc.). We expect you to keep the kitchen and common areas really clean and not leave things out.
We don't smoke and aren't big partiers. Friends over for dinner/drinks is fine of course (although during COVID we haven't been inviting people over really...)
Occasional overnight guests are okay as long as it’s not often.

Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for a non-smoker in 20s/30s who is clean, respectful and gets along well with others. None of us are huge cooks but we might cook a more involved meal a night or two a week. We are looking for someone with similar habits so the kitchen isn't always really busy as we cook lightly most of the time and it works out well for sharing.
Because of COVID we are also ideally looking for someone who will not be working from home, as one of us already is working from home temporarily.

Our House:
Located in Redwood City near Woodside High neighborhood. We are technically in unincorporated RWC and on Atherton border. There are beautiful streets for walking around us!
A very large, beautiful living room with two couches and TV.

Good sized kitchen and spacious dining room with storage shelving.
Second bathroom you would share with Roommate 1 who is very clean (we all are!)
Your bedroom is 10x11.
Big garage with room for a bit of storage.
Large backyard with deck and outdoor patio set.
Plenty of parking on our street unlike many other spots in RWC/Menlo Park.
Our landlord is wonderful and responds to any issues we have very quickly and is very down to earth.

Rent: $1100
Utilities (trash, water, pge, 1G AT&T fiber internet) plus common household supplies (paper towels etc) is ~$140 per month
