We have a place available for sublet (or lease takeover) in Burlingame that is perfect for one to two people, available December 1st or earlier. The place includes parking and has a massive closet (which could be its own room honestly), a separate kitchen, and a bonus room that we use for our home office. The apartment complex has a shared outdoor space and laundry on site. It is also walking distance to quaint restaurants (with plenty of outdoor seating) on Burlingame and Broadway Avenue, and equidistant to both San Francisco and Stanford (~20 mins each way).

Depending on your preference, we can leave the place furnished or unfurnished. Rent is typically $1900/month + utilities, but we're knocking it down to $1750 + utilities until the end of the lease, which is a steal for your own place in this area (studios on campus are upwards of $2000+). The lease ends on May 15, but you could extend it beyond then if you'd like. We love this area and this apartment, but unfortunately have to move for new jobs.
