Apartment: 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in a small complex (8 units) in Menlo Park. There is one master with bathroom and the other two bedrooms share the second bath. There is a large living room area, dining, and spacious and bright kitchen. Kitchen and bathrooms have tile floors and the rest of the apartment is hardwood. Coin-operated washer and dryer in the building. The apartment in on a cul-de-sac and there is plenty of street parking. It's a short bike ride to Stanford's campus and 3 min drive to a 101 entrance.

Housemates: Male in his mid 20's who is a PhD student at Stanford and Female in mid-20s working at a firm. Both respectful and very clean, highly recommend!

Gas/Electric/Internet are separate- they usually run us about 40-100 per month (depending on the season) per person, including internet. Landlords pay for water, trash and provide a gardening service at no cost.
