We have one room for rent in a four bedroom house in East Palo Alto. The rent is $1375 per month plus utilities (internet, water, and power, ~$100/mo). The room is available beginning December 1, 2020 but there is the option of moving in earlier.

Currently there are two of us living in the house, two males and one female. One is a graduate student and the other works at Stanford.

The available room is the master bedroom upstairs. It is large and has its own bathroom including a bathtub and shower. The room also has two closets, one off the room and the other off the bathroom. The downstairs contains a very spacious entry area and living room, a large kitchen, as well as a half bath. There is also a washer and dryer upstairs. We live nearby IKEA and Target, so we're close to the 101, Stanford, and the Bayfront Trail (which is really great if you like to bike or run outside).
