Looking for a housemate in beautiful 3bd/1bath Palo Alto home located near the intersection of East Meadow and Waverley. A great location between Stanford and downtown Mountain View. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

You will be living with two other housemates: (1) a woman in her early 30s in research at Stanford and her friendly black cat Leo, and (2) a man also is in his early 30s and a postdoc at Stanford. We are looking for a housemate who is clean, considerate and will help around the house. Any gender is great!

House

• lovely 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom in a 1,210 square foot house
• spacious, sunny kitchen, living room, huge backyard, deck and hot tub, garage for storage, shared bathroom, in-house laundry, etc.
• the house is managed by Whitley Properties and is very well taken care of. A gardener keeps the yard in beautiful shape, including the orange, lemon, apricot, and plum trees!
• No smoking

-12x11ft, unfurnished (a bedframe can stay in interested!)
-large closet

Rent:

• $1300 per month plus utilities (~$80/person/month)
• a routine background check from the management company is required
