Hoping to find someone who has the typical good roommate qualities (clean, laid-back, drama-free), and takes social distancing protocols seriously.

RENT DETAILS

• $2,000 INCLUDING utilities, internet, bi-weekly cleaning service, and private garage parking
• Security deposit is one month rent
• Move-in date: November 1, 2020
• Prefer six-month lease and then month-to-month (but flexible)
