Moving out of my 4bed/3bath apartment in the Mission (21st and S Van Ness) in SF and looking for someone to take over my lease (earliest December, could do January) to Aug. The apartment has incredible appliances and in-unit washer/dryer. Beautiful kitchen and living room already furnished. Gas range! My other roommates are early twenties tech professionals (another Stanford grad is also living here!). Rent is $1825/month (+utilities) and water/ trash is included. Room has a private bath! This is the apartment staged.
