I’m a young professional looking for someone (or two) to join me in a spacious 4br / 2ba house that has vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen and appliances, plenty of street parking, a cute outdoor patio and professional gardening (included in rent). Located in a quiet neighborhood near San Antonio Shopping Center/ Safeway / Trader Joe's in Palo Alto, the house is only 4 - 4.5 miles to Stanford and downtown Palo Alto with a nice bike route to get there, ~3 miles to Google's campus in Mountain View, and 1-1.5 miles from Google X.

Rooms:
The available rooms are 13.5x15.5, with ample closet space (2x9 closet) and plenty of sunlight. The rooms do not come furnished, but I do have enough furnishings (bed, desk, dresser) for one room.

Housemate:
I’m a guy in my mid to late 20’s working at a startup building an air taxi. In my free time I like to bike, swim, and do the occasional extreme sport like white water kayaking, scuba diving, or skiing. When I’m not working or enjoying the outdoors, I like to cook and used to host the occasional dinner party / social gatherings (during non-covid times).
And, if you've been counting, the fourth and final bedroom is currently rented as an office space to our lovely neighbors. :)

One bedroom is available December 1st, the other December 15th.

Utilities/cleaning/internet: typically $130 - $200 / month / person, depending on the season.
Security deposit + first month's rent to move in.
