We have two rooms for rent in a four bedroom house in East Palo Alto. The master bedroom is available for $1375 per month while the other room is $1075 per month. Utilities (internet, water, and power) cost ~$100/month per room. The master bedroom is available now while the other room is available beginning December 1, 2020.

Currently there are two males living in the house. One is a graduate student and the other works for the athletic department at Stanford. We are both non-smokers, respectful, and friendly.

The master bedroom upstairs is spacious and has its own bathroom including a bathtub and shower. The master bedroom also has two walk-in closets, one off the room and the other off the bathroom. The other bedroom is the second largest bedroom in the house and has a large closet. It shares a bathroom with two current occupants of the house. There is plenty of space in both rooms to work remotely and not encroach in your living area.

The downstairs contains a very spacious entry/dining area and living room, a large kitchen, a two-car garage, as well as a half bath. There is also a washer and dryer upstairs. There is a private backyard as well as two off-street parking spots & plenty of on-street parking. We live nearby IKEA and Target, so we're close to the 101, Stanford, and the Bayfront Trail (which is really great if you like to bike or run outside).
