This is a shared apartment. We're located in a safe, quiet, family neighborhood
at the Sunnyvale-Cupertino border. You have a large, bright sunlit room, partially furnished
with a bed, desk/tables, and a comfortable office chair. Please note the room is for one person.

We are an easy walk or 6 min bike ride to Apple-Infinite Loop or DeAnza College.
This is a great location with quick access to I-85 and I-280 (about a mile) and to 880/17 and 101.
It's an easy drive to most companies in the valley.

The Google shuttle stops at the corner and Stanford is 15 min away.
Three neighborhood shopping/restaurant centers with a dozen restaurants, banks and drugstores,
and as well as a Crunch gym, are within a 6 minute walk.
Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Target, and Safeway are all within a mile and a half.
Nearby Serra Park has lighted tennis courts and a cookout/picnic area.

Move-in is first and last month's rent and a smaller security deposit.
We share costs for internet, utilities, and assigned parking. Sorry – no smoking or pets.

We've been mostly working or studying from home or in a sparsely
populated lab or office and we hope that's the case for you too.
