A furnished master bedroom is available in a townhouse in West San Jose starting any time after 12/13/2020. The master bedroom has its own full ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The room is furnished with a queen sized bed, a nightstand, and dresser. The bedroom makes for a nice home office; it’s filled with plenty of natural light and very quiet. There’s also an in-unit washer and dryer upstairs.

The kitchen has a three tier fridge and freezer, a convection oven, a whisper quiet dishwasher, a large gas stove, and lots of cabinet and counter space. The house has hardwood floors throughout, and the living room has a very high ceiling that makes it a great spot for some morning yoga :). There’s garage space for one more car, although there’s also street parking in the area.

The house is located near the Westgate Mall in West San Jose, has easy access to both US85 and Lawrence Express Way, and is only 10 minutes away from the Apple Campus. There’s plenty of convenient grocery stores nearby (Sprouts, Trader Joe’s), shopping centers (Target, Nordstrom Rack), restaurants, and even three boba stores if that’s your thing.

I'm a recent Stanford alum (go EE!) and I live in the other bedroom. I’m often at my boyfriend’s place, however, so you can expect to have the house to yourself on most weekdays.

The rent is $1600 a month and you’ll split the utilities 50/50 with me. Minimum 3 months lease, with flexibility to rent month to month after that. I’m happy to rent to a single person, or a couple for adjusted rent. First month’s rent, and a security deposit of $1600.00 are required to move in. Sorry — no pets and no smoking.
