Three rooms available to rent in Old Palo Alto. The location is super close to both Stanford, Trader Joes/Town and Country, and downtown Palo Alto either biking or walking.
One bedroom in the main house with access to a shared bathroom-- $1050
And two rooms in house "granny flat" with a shared bathroom between them-- $950 each room
Rent including utilities (-internet ~$7 and common supplies) and all rooms come furnished
We are a social house with a community of mostly Stanford affiliates (Graduate Students, Postdocs, Visiting Researchers, Research Coordinators, Recent Alumni), however are open to those working in and around the area as well. We often do activities together such as hikes, dinners and drinks out (and in), Tahoe trips, movie nights, board games, sports etc. Pretty much anything you want to do there is sure to be someone to want to do it to.
We try to keep the gender ratio balanced (currently 8m/5f) and are looking for people in a similar age range (20s/30s). Current tenants are from the US, Australia, Germany & Vietnam. Past tenants from all over.
