The back yard is entirely fenced in with grass, raised beds, a fire pit and hammock - perfect for entertaining. There are five parking spots in addition to the garage.

The house is on Santa Cruz Ave three blocks from downtown Menlo Park and walking distance to Trader Joe's, Draeger's, Ace Hardware, Safeway, etc. Absolutely awesome location, 5 minutes to 280 for a 30min drive to the city or to San Jose. 7min commute to Stanford, Packard, Palo Alto VA.

The other three housemates are all Stanford residents. Generally a quiet place, nobody is a big chef so if you are, the kitchen is all yours! Garage is amazing for anyone who likes to get their hands dirty. Raised beds in the back for the gardener in you, and a gym perfect for getting in shape for the post-COVID swimsuit season.

Movin date flexible. Furnished or unfurnished. Lease goes through June with option to renew.
