The house is spacious (2,190 sq. ft.) with a large living space amenable to working from home, a shared kitchen, garage, and fenced-in backyard, as well as central AC, good WiFi, a dishwasher, and laundry machines. The house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood built around a park and is walking-distance from both a large nature preserve and a shopping center.

Two rooms are becoming available Nov 1st as two tenants move out for work, with some flexibility around that timing.
Room #1 - large master bedroom (~210 sq. ft.) + en suite private bathroom and large walk-in closet. Would also potentially consider a couple to rent this room. $1600/mo
Room #2 - smaller bedroom (~110 sq. ft.) + walk-in closet, with bathroom shared among 3 tenants. $1050/mo

The 2 tenants who will be remaining are both male professionals around 30 years old. One works for a local tech company as a data scientist and the other is a medical resident.

We prefer to minimize large parties, although once the pandemic allows, small gatherings are more than welcome! Of course, we are all courteous of each others’ different schedules and expect the same from new roommates.

No pets allowed without clearance from the homeowners.
