I'm a Stanford undergrad student, and my older sister is looking for someone to take over her cozy and well-kept 1 bedroom apartment in Downtown San Jose.

She's maintained the place in pristine condition, and it was recently remodeled with a new kitchen and bathroom appliances, hardwood floors, and new paint. The bathroom is especially great with its modern design and immaculate white finish, and all of the other spaces in the apartment are excellent as well.

The living room has gorgeous wide windows in the living room that face the sunset, and the sunlight that filters through in the daytime makes the place even more spacious and warm. There are laundry facilities conveniently located within the building and parking available in the back. Fantastic location- the apartment is right by SJSU, near Japantown and parks.
