We’re a couple of young professionals looking for someone to join us in a spacious 4br / 2ba house that has vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen and appliances, plenty of street parking, a cute outdoor patio and professional gardening (included in rent). Located in a quiet neighborhood near San Antonio Shopping Center/ Safeway / Trader Joe's in Palo Alto, the house is only 4 - 4.5 miles to Stanford and downtown Palo Alto with a nice bike route to get there, ~3 miles to Google's campus in Mountain View, and 1-1.5 miles from Google X.

Room:
The available room is 17’3”x11’5” (plenty of room for a bed and desk), with ample closet space (2x11 closet) and plenty of sunlight. The room does not come furnished, but we do have enough extra furnishings (bed, desk, dresser) for one room.

Housemates:
J - Male in his late 20’s working at a startup building an air taxi. In his free time he likes to bike, swim, and do the occasional extreme sport like white water kayaking, scuba diving, or skiing. When he’s not working or enjoying the outdoors, he can be found cooking up something (typically) scrumptious or reading.
E - Female in her early 20’s and works as a research assistant at Stanford University in the Microbiology and Immunology department. She enjoys the outdoors (hiking, swimming, snowboarding, working-out, and currently trying to learn how to surf) and loves to try new things when able. When she’s not doing research, studying, or spending time outside, she loves to spend time with my friends/housemates, have stimulating conversations, or read a good book!
You - someone who is responsible, clean, fun, and easy to get along with. Hope you can join us!
And, if you've been counting, the final bedroom is currently rented as an office space to our lovely neighbors. :)

Utilities/cleaning/internet: typically $130 - $200 / month / person, depending on the season.
Security deposit + first month's rent to move in.
