The home is conveniently located between many companies like Google(1.5 miles away), Microsoft, and Intuit and downtown Mountain View. There is a Safeway, restaurants, and other shops within a 0.5 mile radius. It is a beautiful townhouse in a very quiet area.
Price/Utilities:
- $1150/month
- $100/mon discount for 6 months if move-in by 12/1 (so $1050 for 6 months, and $1150 after)
$50/mon discount for 6 months if move-in by 12/15 (so $1100 for 6 months, and $1150 after)
- Move in date: anytime from now to Jan 1
- Refundable deposit of $1375
- Utilities (Internet, gas, elasticities, water & sewer) are not included. Usually $60 per person
- Contract until July 31, 2021, after then, renewable
The room:
- This is a pleasant and private room with lots of natural light.
- The room has a large closet and a private balcony
- You will be sharing the bathroom with one other roommate (Korean female in her 30’s, UX designer)
About the house:
- Serene and beautifully landscaped front and back yard with lots of trees and flowers.
- Four rooms are on the 2nd floor
- A/C and the heater work very well
- The living room, kitchen and 0.5 bathroom, and the wine cellar are on the 1st floor.
- The house has a washer/dryer, dish washer in the unit.
- 1st floor is Hardwood Floor
- Attached garage, a parking lot is also available a few steps away in the townhouse
About the roommates
- Everyone is in their 20's or 30's.
- A couple (attorney, a pharmaceutical company technician), a guy who’s an engineer, and the girl who is going to share the bathroom with you is in her 30's and working as a UX designer.
