The bedroom has a large window front, a high ceiling and ample closet space. You'll share a fully equiped bathroom with one other roommate.

The room is for rent furnished or unfurnished starting January 1st on a medium-term lease until March 31st which can then be renewed yearly.

The kitchen is modern with stainless appliances, a dishwasher, gas range, and lots of cabinet space.

The house also has a washer and dryer, a basement for storage, and a beautiful backyard with a shed for storing your bike, a grill or anything else.

The 2 roommates are active, easy-going and friendly guys in their early thirties, one works in software, the other in management. The landlord is responsive and I've never had any problems.
