My (J) roommate (D) and I are looking for a third person to join us in our search for a 3bd house/apartment located somewhere between Redwood City and Mountain View.
Our current lease expires at the end of January, so we would like to move into a new place sometime in January.

Alternatively, you can sign a lease with us at our current residence. Our other roommate is leaving a private bedroom and bath for $1283 open also in January. We wanted to leave this apartment to take advantage of falling rents in the area, but do not mind staying.
