Wonderful room in a house with lots of fun housemates, located right beside Town and Country across the street from Stanford. In our quarantine bubble we've gone sailing, white water rafting, cook family dinners, watch sunsets and movies, ... It's a great place to be during these times. I am moving out and need to sublet for a month, but the room will remain available after that and you can stay. Utilities are included in that price, all other monthly fees come out to about $15. The room comes furnished, but all the furniture in the pictures belong to me and will be replaced. All the housemates are respectful, friendly, and kind. The bathroom shower is shared with one other and is basically your own private bathroom.
