Roles and Required Skills will include:

• Regularly exercise technical discretion in design, execution and interpretation of experiments that contribute to project goals. Select methods and techniques for obtaining solutions within broadly defined practices and procedures
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols and quantitative analyses. Communicate these results regularly at team meetings.
• Manage laboratory resources, ordering reagents and other lab supplies as needed.
• Make detailed observations, analyse data, and interpret results. Summarize experimental data timely and assist in drafting figures, results, and methods for publication under the direction of the PI.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of the present scientific literature relating to the research in the laboratory.
• The candidate should have good publication record, Author and contribute to development reports, scientific publications, patents, and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate tasks across multiple projects, demonstrating prioritization and planning. We are a start-up and are looking for applicants who are self-motivated critical thinkers driven to meet project timelines and willing to adapt in a highly dynamic, collaborative and cross-disciplinary environment.


Qualifications:


Essential:
Associate Research Scientist: Masters (MS, MSc, M-Tech) plus minimum three years of experience.

Research Scientist: A PhD in Cellular Biology, Molecular Biology, Nanotechnology, Biomedical Engineering or a related field.

Laboratory Skills: Must have hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, and PCR (real time, RT) analysis. Expertise with immunohistochemistry, histology, microscopy, small animal procedures, mouse models, ELISA assays and other molecular biology assays would be crucial. Candidates with prior experience in stem cell biology, stem cell based secreted cell modulators including exosomes and bioprocessing will be preferred.
