The room for rent is huge and spacious ~12x14 in size, huge walk in closet and private bath(with W/D in unit), heating and cooling and a huge well lit living room with views of Salesforce tower. The complex has a very beatiful roof which can be used for gatherings with amazing views, courtyard and a gym.
My flatmate and I have been living in this community for the past 1.5 years. This is very close to tech stops (once things re-open), and the building management is very responsive. My flatmate is friendly, considerate, respectful and communicative and is currently working remotely. She prefers someone who is working remotely, and would like no pets and no smoking in the house.
