Private room in a shared 3br/2ba apartment that's managed by a local real estate company. We're located in a safe, quiet, family neighborhood at the Sunnyvale-Cupertino border. You have a large, bright sunlit room, partially furnished with a bed, desk/tables, and a comfortable office chair. Please note the room is for one person.

We're an easy walk or 6 min bike ride to Apple-Infinite Loop or DeAnza College. This is a great location with quick access to I-85 and I-280 (both about a mile) as well as 17. 237, or 101. The Google shuttle stops at the corner and Stanford (Dish) is 15 min away.

Three neighborhood shopping/restaurant centers with a dozen restaurants, banks and drugstores, and as well as a Crunch gym, are within a 6 minute walk. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Target, and Safeway are all about a mile away. Nearby Serra Park has lighted tennis courts and a cookout/picnic area.

Move-in is first and last month's rent and a smaller security deposit. We share costs for internet, utilities, and assigned parking. Sorry – no smoking or pets.
