The Property:

Quite neighborhood. Tree covered street. Close to Sigona's, Costco, 101 freeway, 1 mile from caltrain station. 5 miles to Stanford’s main campus and .5 miles from their Redwood City campus.

The home:
3 bedroom 2 baths. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs. 1 bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Laundry in garage. Back yard patio with large storage shed. Multiple vegetable gardens to grow our own tomatoes, chillies, squash, blueberries, salad, onion, etc. and small mandarin and lemon trees.
Utilities/Other included:
(water, PG&E, garbage, WiFi). Also included - every 2 weeks gardening service.

Studio with separate entrance:
On the property is also a 300sqft separate entrance studio. The owners have moved to San Diego but need to travel to Bay Area for work 1x/quarter for 3-4 days so they will keep the studio for their use when needed. Not expected to need to use till August 2021. You will hardly notice them when they are in town and staying in the studio.
The Owners who will use the studio:
We are a young, married couple in our 30’s. Both working professionals in the software startup space. He is a Stanford grad, X-USA water polo member. She is Hungarian. We have a small hypoallergenic dog and two sons under 3yrs old. So, given the fact that we have a dog and two youngsters in San Diego our trips to the Bay Area will be as seldom and infrequent as possible and will only be one of us at a time.
