We have a room open in our spacious house in Palo Alto and are looking for a new housemate. We are young professionals in their 20s who enjoy cooking, yoga, hiking, watching Netflix, etc. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with its own in-house washer/dryer. We share a complex with 2 other townhomes and have an outdoor patio perfect for gatherings. The bedroom has one large windows (that can let in lots of natural light) and a large closet. Plus, free parking.

Our home is conveniently located in Palo Alto: about a 15 min bike ride from Stanford Campus and walking distance to two grocery stores and the California Avenue Caltrain station. We have a furnished living room and a fully stocked kitchen with cooking utensils that we will happily share!

The room will be available end of January, but your move-in date can be anytime thereafter. Rent is $1000/mo. Utilities are around $50 a month (includes everything-internet, water, electricity). Deposit is 1 month rent.
