Private Room in a shared 3br/2ba apartment that's managed by a local real estate company. We're located in a safe, quiet, family neighborhood at the Sunnyvale-Cupertino border. You have a large sunlit room, partially furnished with a bed, desk/tables, and a comfortable office chair. Please note the room is for one person.

It's a pleasant walk or bike ride to Apple-Infinite Loop or DeAnza College. This is a great location with quick access to I-85 and I-280 (about a mile) and to 880/17 and 101 so it's an easy drive to most places in the valley. The Google shuttle stops at the corner and Stanford (Campus Drive) is 15 min away.

Three neighborhood shopping/restaurant centers with a dozen restaurants, banks and drugstores, and as well as a Crunch gym, are within a 6 minute walk. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Target, and Safeway are all within a mile and a half. Nearby Serra Park has lighted tennis courts and a cookout/picnic area.

Move-in is first and last month's rent and a smaller security deposit. We share costs for internet, utilities, and assigned parking. Sorry – no smoking or pets.
