Due to covid the room is set up as its own private apartment with a microwave, coffee maker, and tea kettle in the room with a full sized refrigerator and sink in the garage. Depending on how covid is being handled by the prospective renter kitchen access could be arranged.

I am a young professional working for a local university who use to go out and do things and now just stays home all the time. Hobbies include knitting, reading, and furniture restoration/rehabilitation. Besides myself a puppy has moved in, he is almost 5 months and hypoallergenic and would not be your responsibility at all but would be available for looking cute and pets if wanted. No other pets are allowed.
