Come live with us in relaxing Los Altos Hills! We have a room in our large house. We’re looking for a roommate who can move in for March and stay for at least 6 months.
About the house:
The house is 2.5 stories and sits on an acre of green land in Los Altos Hills, approximately 15 minutes from Palo Alto and 8 minutes from downtown Los Altos. It takes me about 10 min to drive and 30 min to bike to Stanford campus. There are 6 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a dining room, kitchen, several common areas, a fireplace, 4 large porches, washer and dryer, storage space, and a hot tub. You'll be living in the hills, so there's lots of opportunity for biking and running on all the nearby trails as well.
About the room:
The room is on the first floor. The room shares a bathroom with It’s approximately 10 feet by 14 feet with a closet. Rent is about $1110.75/mo, and utilities are around $100/mo.
About us:
We are four professionals in our late-twenties to mid-thirties: 4 male. We are a PhD student at Stanford, and three more tech professionals. We all have regular work schedules and various different hobbies, but we watch Netflix, hang out in the common spaces and cook, and play a couple musical instruments.
You’ll fit right in if you’re responsible, eager to live with several cool people, and respectful of others’ space and needs.
