My housemates and I are looking to fill a bedroom in our 6 bedroom house located in residential Palo Alto. The bedroom is part of the attached in-law unit that shares a bathroom and kitchenette. Quick (> 8mins) drive to Safeway, Philz, Stanford, and downtown Palo Alto. House is fully furnished (besides the bedroom) with TWO beautiful kitchens and a spacious living room. The house also includes in-unit laundry (washer + dryer), plentiful street parking, heating/AC, a private backyard with fruit trees and a basketball hoop, and a front yard. We are a COVID safe house.
