Room can come furnished (can be arranged with outgoing roommate)

I, your future roommate, am a covid-vaccinated Stanford postdoc, who enjoys cooking, painting, and doesn't mind occasionally hanging out together grabbing a beer/watching a movie/firing up the grill.

Monthly rent. Lease can be ended 2 months in advance. Preferably looking for someone that plans to stay at least a year, but exceptions can be made.
