Private, good sized room in large beautiful Pacifica home overlooking the ocean. Bathroom is shared w/ one person. We have a large backyard, deck, garage, living spaces, and kitchen. House is a group of young professionals. The home has four rooms total (including a couple in an attached in-law unit). We are busy on the weekdays but otherwise active (yoga, surfing, etc.). We love the surrounding area with the beach and easy commute/uber to the city or South Bay. The house is also walking distance to Linda Mar/Rockaway beach, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. We are asking $1200 a month and basic utilities are inexpensive and split w/ the house. There is a large garage for storage and plenty of parking and new washer/dryer onsite. Sorry, we are not allowed to have pets.

Two of us are Stanford post-docs and normally (pre-COVID) make the easy commute to Stanford everyday (~35 minutes). We keep the home clean and tidy. A female roommate is preferred. Don't hesitate to reach out for questions, additional photos, and a virtual tour.
