Hi everyone!

I'm looking for someone to take over the primary bedroom with an attached bathroom in our 4 bed 3.5 bath downtown Mountain View home for move-in March 1. Rent is $1875 / month. Current housemates are two recent grad women. Couples are ok; pets are not.

House is 20m drive from Stanford, 20m walk to Mountain View VTA / CalTrain station, and within walking distance of Castro Street, Nob Hill, 99 Ranch, and Safeway. Short drive to 101 / 85 / 237 / 280, and short commute to other local tech companies.

I've lived in this house for about six years, and I loved the short commute to main campus. Now, I've been using it as a WFH station and there's plenty of room inside the bedroom (or the walk-in closet) for a desk, with extra space in the living room / dining room / basement for more work space if you need it.

In non-pandemic times, we’re usually cooking, watching TV, hiking, hosting game nights, or a variety of other things. During pandemic, we’ve been playing board games, doing some cooking, and some video games. No smoking and we’ve been taking COVID precautions fairly seriously.

Strong preference for people who are willing to commit through July 31, 2021, with a potential option to renew the lease after that.
