Hi all! We are two female roommates in a 3 bed/2 bath apartment in Parker Palo Alto looking to sublease our third room. Our apartment is close to Stanford, TJ's, Safeway, Target, and right off the 101. There's also a nice park right across the street and our complex has two pools and a small gym. Pets are allowed. We share one parking spot and there is plenty of street parking. We have an in-unit washer/dryer, a nice sized kitchen, and a dining room. The bathroom for this room is shared.
