Hi everyone!

There are 2 rooms available in a Historic Victorian, Spacious house in the heart of downtown Palo Alto. Ready for end of February 2021 Move-In.

1. The house is in the perfect location. One block from University Ave and a 5 minute cycle to Stanford, 5 minute cycle to Trader Joes and Whole Foods. It has a garden (3 palm trees, orange tree), a big kitchen, dining room, two social areas and there are office set-ups all throughout the house. We also have off-street carport parking.

2. The house is completely furnished so no worries about logistics

3. We are a COVID safe and clean, respectful household.

These rooms are available:

1. $1365: Downstairs, cosy room, fits a queen sized bed.
   You will be sharing the downstairs bathroom with one other female tenant.

2. $1790: Upstairs, Large room.
   Shares the upstairs bathroom with one other female tenant.

The utilities are $150 (this includes wifi)

You would be sharing the house with me, two other tenants. We are all International working professionals at Stanford and in Tech. We are respectful of each other's space. We all absolutely love living here and hope to find people who love this house as much as we do.
