About the house:
The house is 2.5 stories and sits on an acre of green land in Los Altos Hills, approximately 15 minutes from Palo Alto and 8 minutes from downtown Los Altos. It takes me about 10 min to drive and 30 min to bike to Stanford campus. There are 6 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a dining room, kitchen, several common areas, a fireplace, 4 large porches, washer and dryer, and storage space.
About the room:
The room is on the first floor. The room shares a bathroom and is approximately 10 feet by 14 feet with a closet. Rent is $1110.75/mo, and utilities are around $100/mo.
About us:
We are four professionals in our late-twenties to mid-thirties: 4 male. We are a PhD student at Stanford, and three more tech professionals.
