Currently looking for a friendly and fun person to live in the open bedroom of a 2000 sq ft. 4 bed 3 bath house in the heart of Palo Alto.

The house was remodeled last year, it is spacious and very clean. It's a 15 minute walk to the California Ave Caltrain Station, and a 12 minute walk to the businesses on Middlefield Rd. It has a large back patio, and has fruit trees all around the property.

There's a 2 car garage plus washer/dryer included as well as ample parking on the driveway or the street. We have a fully furnished living room, kitchen, and a home gym set up in the garage.

The room is available March 1st, with a 1 year lease preferred.

About your future housemates:

James and Cheyenne are a couple in their mid twenties from Kentucky. James works for a startup in Palo Alto as a software engineer. Cheyenne is a an accountant at a large accounting firm in San Francisco. They enjoy exploring the bay area, hiking, biking, and playing board games.

Chris is a software engineer from Minnesota who enjoys working out in the garage, playing board games, and snowboarding whenever possible.

Jayant recently completed his PhD at Stanford and is currently interviewing at companies in the area. He is from India and is a hardcore road cyclist who also enjoys swimming and painting.

With the current lockdown we tend to spend a lot of time together as a house, playing games, going on bike rides, and the occasional trip to Tahoe. We would love to find someone else to share in our lockdown adventures.
