  -Very limited street parking, so no car preferred

Rent and Utilities:
Rent is $769/month, plus ~$50 for utilities/internet. The deposit is $825. Available for move-in for one person, no couples. Priority to those looking for long-term stay.

Your Housemates:
Three housemates, ages 23-26, two women, one man, and a super friendly dog. Everyone is pretty friendly, respectful of each other's space, and will occasionally chat about life. Ideally, we’re looking for someone also in 20s, that enjoys living with other people.
