Seeking someone neat, clean, and responsible to sublet through mid-June; must be female. The other person in the apartment is a resident physician at Stanford Hospital (fully-vaccinated). She has a small social pod of other covid-vaccinated physicians.

The complex is Radius in Redwood City, which has many amenities, including incredible outdoor patios with grills and fireplaces (see pic). Gym, pool and hot tub open only as covid situation allows. Super close to 101 freeway entrance/exit (Whipple). Plenty of street parking available, but a private garage spot is available for an extra $50/month. Rent is $2110 including utilities.
