This is a brand new 3 story town home with all the fancy features with granite counter tops, kitchen island, fridge, laundry and HVAC to control temperature in each level.

Looking for someone in mid 20-30's who has a busy schedule and wants to come back home to a quiet place after the hustle Bay area life, with covid I understand if you are WFH. Current roommate (me)-Working professional in their 30s working in tech Kind, supportive, independent-minded, and value personal space but also enjoy engaging in conversation. Non smoker, no partiers, or loud. With Covid I have been very mindful and pretty much just hiking and going for essential tasks like grocery alone; I enjoy playing board games and being outdoors.
