We are currently looking for a roommate to fill a room in a spacious 2 stories apartment in the Old Palo Alto neighborhood. The room is available from the beginning or mid of April until the end of July 2021 with the possibility for a longer stay.

• Great sized room (~160sqf) with a ceiling fan
• Shared bathroom + one guest bathroom
• Gated, backyard patio
• Microwave, dishwasher, laundry available in unit
  -Kitchen with all utensils & kitchenware
• Two-car garage with tons of storage space

• The room can come furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference.

• Close to Trader Joe’s, Town and Country
• Short walk to Cal Ave
• Close to Palo Alto & California Ave Caltrain

Your rent would be $1380/month, utilities not included (PG&E, garbage, water, internet). Deposit is first-month of rent.
