We are looking for a new roommate for our charming and cozy 4bed/2bath midtown Palo Alto house. The single bedroom is 11ft x 12ft and includes a small closet. You will be sharing a bathroom with two other people. We have a large and fully-furnished living/dining room area, as well as a spacious and fully-stocked kitchen. The house also has both a beautiful front and back yard with gardens and fruit trees aplenty. We have street parking in front of the house and convenient access to 101 for commuting or to Stanford University.

Current roommates consists of a mix of engineers and academics, as well as two beautiful dogs. The house culture is quite dynamic and cooperative with a strong community feel, but with everybody very respectful for each other's need for space and privacy.

Must be dog-friendly, no cats unfortunately. Note that utilities are not included in the price but tend to be ~$75-90 per month. The room will be available on or around March 1 (but can be made earlier or later depending on the person) and there will be a security deposit required upon move-in. Unfortunately the room is not furnished, but the furniture in the pictures are meant to give a sense of scale of the size of the room. Please reach out if you are interested!
